Analyze traffic sources, viewer segments, and drop-off points to refine content formats. Coordinate with Creator Host, Editor, and Research team to develop deep-dive topics into engaging video series. Design hooks to drive conversion from viewers to app users and newsletter subscribers. Execute a smart Shorts vs Long-form strategy and plan playlist optimization. Conduct A/B testing for thumbnails and analyze cross-channel traffic. Focus on retention analytics to improve watch time and viewer loyalty.Core Skills & Experience4-7+ years of experience growing a YouTube channel from ≥100K to ≥500K subscribers. Deep expertise in: -YouTube Studio analytics -SEO strategies -CAR metrics: Click-through rate, Average view duration, Retention Strong understanding of finance or education audiences (or ability to ramp up quickly). Experience with: -Script editing -Thumbnail design oversight -Briefing on-camera talent -Managing post-production workflows -Data-driven: Familiar with tools like GA4, BigQuery, or similar for tying video metrics to broader business KPIs.
