JD Edwards Security Specialist

As a specialist in JD Edwards security, you will collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand business processes and security requirements. You will design and document standardized user roles and access templates aligned with job functions, ensuring reduced redundancy. Design implement and manage JD Edwards E1 security, with a focus on role-based access control (RBAC) using the Allout Security toolset. Establish and monitor segregation of duties (SOD) controls to prevent conflicts of interest and unauthorized activities. Partner with audit and compliance teams to review role combinations and mitigate SOD risks. Enforce fine-grained access controls for JD Edwards applications, data objects, reports, and transactions based on user roles. Apply identity and access management (IAM) principles to ensure secure and streamlined user authentication and role assignments. You will also ensure adherence to compliance standards such as SOX, SOC, or GDPR.
