Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our B2B business development initiatives. This key role will be responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and pushing the boundaries of our sales capabilities. Key responsibilities include: Executing full b2b sales cycles from lead generation to onboarding Developing strategies for customer engagement and loyalty Providing product training and support to ensure seamless client experiences Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle Maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools In addition, this role will also involve: Sales & Business Development (60%) Execute full b2b sales cycle: lead generation meeting booking customer calls onboarding ongoing support Own and achieve monthly KPIs for meetings booked demos conducted and customers onboarded Build relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop and maintain a sales strategy aligned with company goals Product & Content Support (40%) Conduct product testing and QA for new features before client releases Refine website copy that converts visitors into leads Create compelling pitch deck content for investor meetings and client presentations Collaborate with engineering team to document bugs and user feedback Assist in creating product documentation and user guides This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales expert to make a meaningful impact and drive business growth.
