CRM Lead/ Manager

Kiddopia is a leading kids’ learning and gaming app loved by millions worldwide. Kiddopia are looking for a CRM Lead / Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven CRM strategies.Responsibilities: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage users. Set up and optimize in-app events for improved CRM workflows. Manage and analyze campaigns with A/B testing to boost performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for the US market. Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize user journeys, and ensure campaign effectiveness.Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing. Strong expertise in email marketing & campaign management. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, or similar). Prior experience with US market audience. Data-driven mindset with proven track record of managing and scaling CRM programs.
