Content & Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are a rapidly scaling cybersecurity compliance advisory firm serving European enterprises. We're seeking one strategic professional to own and execute our entire presence, transforming it into a powerful lead-generation and authority-building engine. This is not a generic social media role — you'll be the architect of our positioning, responsible for building brand authority and driving qualified leads through a sophisticated strategy. What You'll Own & Execute Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement a complete growth strategy • Define 3–4 content pillars that position us as thought leaders in compliance & cybersecurity • Build a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals Content Excellence • Produce 12–16 high-quality posts per month (text, carousel, short video) • Write compelling copy for C-level audiences in regulated industries • Ensure all content reflects our premium European brand voice Growth & Engagement • Implement targeted outreach in Germany, the Netherlands, and France • Engage with industry influencers and potential clients • Build and nurture a trusted professional community Performance & Optimization • Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights • Track key metrics: lead quality, engagement rate, profile visits • Continuously test and refine strategy based on performance data Our Ideal Candidate Must-Have Qualifications • 3+ years growing B2B professional service brands on • Portfolio of successful campaigns (preferably in tech, cybersecurity, or compliance) • Exceptional writing skills — ability to simplify complex topics clearly • Strong understanding of European business communication culture • Proficiency in analytics & reporting • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Technical Skills • Expertise in 's native tools and algorithms • Skilled in Canva or Figma for carousel creation • Basic video editing (subtitles, short-form cuts) • Familiarity with Sales Navigator What We Offer • Performance bonuses based on lead generation & growth metrics • Long-term partnership potential • Direct influence on brand growth and market positioning Why This Role Is Unique You'll be building the presence for a company set to dominate the EU cybersecurity compliance space.
