Job Title: Results-Driven Paid Media Director We are seeking a seasoned paid media expert to lead our digital strategy for paid media and SEO. The ideal candidate will drive our full-funnel digital strategy across multiple channels, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Leverage data-driven insights to inform paid media strategies and optimize campaign performance. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility. Analyze and report on campaign metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Design and implement A/B testing for key campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ideate and execute effective marketing initiatives. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in paid media and SEO with a proven track record of success. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and media buying platforms. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using BI tools. Able to interpret complex data sets and make strategic recommendations.
