We do motivate employees to not exceed their work schedule of 40 hrs/ week.Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon / Walmart Ads with in depth knowledge of all aspects of Amazon Marketing ( Ads, Listing Optimization & Inventory Dashboards). Monitor Campaign performance and make real-time strategic adjustments to maximize ROAS. Work closely with Global Marketing Teams / brand owners to align on strategy and performance. Maintain & present dashboards to clients and track KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Use company tools and conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.Requirements : Should have 3+ years of experience in Amazon / Walmart Advertising. Have great communication & presentation skills. Should be flexible to work during US shift. Should have great MS Excel skills.
