Job Overview: As a Medical Devices Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent in Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices roles. This is a permanent remote opportunity to work with leading clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in Engineering/Medical Devices/Pharma. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles within the Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices industries. Work closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand role requirements and preferences. Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for each role. Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Requirements: Strong understanding of the US job market, particularly in the fields of Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with Boolean search techniques, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
