We work with a large network of doctors across India to enable compliant teleconsultations for patients ordering medicines through our platform.Role OverviewWe are looking for qualified MBBS doctors or doctors with additional degrees above MBBS to conduct short telephonic consultations for patients who place medicine orders on the Truemeds app or website. The doctor’s role is purely clinical and consultative, focused on validating patient orders based on medical history and safety checks.This is a fully remote, freelance role with flexible working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic consultations with patients who have placed orders on the Truemeds app/webTake brief present and past medical historyPerform safety checks including allergies and comorbiditiesValidate the medicines ordered by the patientAddress basic patient queries related to their orderFollow defined consultation structure and quality guidelinesWork Structure & TimingsFully remote (work from home)Flexible login between 8 AM to 11 PMAverage consultation duration: ~2 minutes per callDoctors typically handle 20 to 30 consultations per hourWork using mobile phone, laptop, or PCCompensationBase Pay: ₹20 per completed consultation/orderTypical monthly earnings range between 40,000 - 50,000, if a doctor works ~3:30/4 hours in a day, subject to increase depending on login hours and call volume.Performance-based incentives availableIncentives are target-based and linked to consultation volume and qualityCan increase base earnings by 5% to 25%Eligibility CriteriaMBBS degree from a recognized medical collegePermanent medical registration with any Indian state councilRegistration validity of at least 6 months from Date of Joining.Ability to conduct telephonic consultations in a clear and professional mannerBasic comfort with digital systemsDocuments RequiredMBBS graduation certificatePermanent state medical registration certificateAadhaar card (Front & Back)Bank details (for payouts)Passport-size photographScanned signatureSigned doctor agreement (shared by Truemeds)SupportDedicated Doctor Operations team for assistanceFAQ and support documents provided post-onboardingHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply via the job portal.Shortlisted doctors will be contacted for onboarding and training.
