Project Manager

Key Responsibilities (Commercial ICI Projects): This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required. Manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements. Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues. Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software. Handle all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages. Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects. Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers. Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims. Maintain strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication. Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
