Not even close.Role: Growth ManagerLocation: RemoteIndustry: Technology / Growth & MarketingJob Function: Growth Marketing & ExperimentationRole Overview:We are hiring a Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth engine at Joveo — identifying the highest-leverage levers across acquisition, activation, and retention, and running the experiments that move them. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and marketing to compound growth systematically.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across the funnel — acquisition to retention- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests with rigorous statistical methodology- Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and cohort metrics to surface growth opportunities- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives- Build growth reporting frameworks and maintain a clear view of funnel performance- Develop and scale growth channels — SEO, referral, lifecycle email, product-led growthRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in a growth, product growth, or growth marketing role at a tech company- Strong analytical skills — SQL, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel proficiency- Experience designing, running, and interpreting growth experiments at scale- Familiarity with both product-led and marketing-led growth strategies- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams- Creative problem solver with a bias toward action and rapid iterationEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
