Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Optimization Expert Aivate is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Optimization expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive sales growth through efficient lead generation and optimization of the sales funnel. This includes developing and implementing processes to increase qualified meeting set by our lead generation team, defining clear stages of the sales funnel, and continuously optimizing each step to drive conversions through to close. Key responsibilities include: Discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and tailor our solution accordingly Product demos to showcase our capabilities and address any concerns or questions Mentoring and coaching junior sales teams on best practices to close large deals Managing pilots, negotiating contracts, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs Driving product improvement and innovation to stay ahead in the market Building and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers, previous experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise customers, prior success as one of the first sales professionals at a startup, and a proven track record of consistently beating sales quotas.
