Tendering & Contracts Specialist – Offshore Wind Farm Projects

Minimum Criteria: Graduate degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of overall experience. Relevant experience in Tendering and Contracts finalization under EPC/Turnkey projects. Should have successfully executed a minimum of 2 EPC, Turnkey, or PPP projects in a similar role. Key Responsibilities / Deliverables: Lead the preparation of tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs for large-scale offshore wind farm projects. Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure technical and commercial compliance. Negotiate and finalize contracts with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements. Support project teams in resolving contractual disputes and claims. Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure smooth tendering and contract management. Develop strategies for optimizing procurement and contracting to achieve cost efficiency. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of EPC, Turnkey, and PPP contracting models. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for technical and commercial contracts. In-depth understanding of tendering processes and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Preferred Certifications: PMP, CCP (Certified Contract Professional), or equivalent certifications. Knowledge of FIDIC and international contracting standards. Salary Range (Monthly): ₹3.5 – 5.5 Lakh per month, negotiable based on experience and project portfolio.
