Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sustainability Consultant, based in Thoothukudi. The Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for conducting sustainability assessments, developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing certification projects (LEED, WELL, etc.) and preparing sustainability reports. The candidate will work closely with clients to analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and support the integration of sustainable practices. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders are crucial. Qualifications Sustainability Consulting Expertise with proven skills in sustainable development and project delivery. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in sustainability, energy efficiency or related fields. Advanced analytical ability with demonstrated experience in sustainability reporting and performance measurement. In-depth knowledge of green building certifications and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL, BREEAM, GRI, ESG frameworks). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams. Independent and collaborative work ethic, including experience managing responsibilities on-site. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master's preferred). Professional credentials such as LEED AP, WELL AP, BREEAM AP or equivalent certifications (mandatory for consideration).
