Experience & Expertise3–5 yearsof professional experience in Motion Graphics and 2D Animation. Strong portfolio featuringlong-form animations , ideally incorporate trainingore-learning . Demonstrated mastery in:Lip syncing with voice-overs Human figure animation Hand-eye coordination & gesture realism Skilled in animating character dialogues and simulating realistic movements.Technical SkillsProficient inAdobe Creative Cloud , especially:After Effects ,Premiere Pro ,Illustrator ,Photoshop Familiarity withVyond ,Moho , orCharacter Animatoris a plus. Strong sense oftiming ,motion curves , andvisual storytelling . Ability to follow and enhance brand and design guidelines.What You’ll DoCreate fluid, realistic human animations for training and learning content. Work closely with scriptwriters and instructional designers to interpret scripts visually. Design and animate scenes with a focus on natural gestures and expressions. Deliver on tight timelines without compromising on quality.
