The Consultant will be responsible for providing assurance services, conducting ESG assessments, and delivering consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, analyzing insurance and finance data, providing customer service, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.Qualifications and experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related fieldCA articled training completed or seeking one,MSc or BTech background in Environmental Science, with hands-on experience, is a plus.Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, Financial Reporting and Sustainability reportingConsulting skills and experience including trainingStrong Client Service and interpersonal skillsExperience with ESG assessments, is a plusExperienced candidates with hands-on and independent in Tally accounting, , tax filing (income tax, GST and in MCA, FEMA, FCRA filings, can be considered for part time and contractual output-based flexible arrangements.Freshers, University Honors-course students in colleges seeking internships and immediate joiner, not currently employed, are invited to apply to participate in exciting and sectoral research and implementation projects, on merits.We expect applicants to have:- Excellent Communication skills in English and proficiency in regional language,- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proactive, and with ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
