Role: Delivery Manager/HeadExperience: 18+ YearsJob Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Bangalore Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, NoidaWe are seeking an experienced Account/Delivery Manager to lead and manage the operations and delivery for a 75Mn portfolio and 400+ resources. The role requires a seasoned delivery leader who can also act as the operations leader, while maintaining a strong partnership with onshore leadership and client stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the operations for a large 400‑member portfolioManage end‑to‑end offshore delivery for 75M account, ensuring smooth execution across all workstreams.Work directly with onsite leaders and client stakeholders to handle escalations on billing, invoicing, bill-rates related issuesTrack and manage delivery execution and implement engineering excellence across the portfolio.Lead workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, resource allocation, and overall team utilization.Guide and mentor managers, team leads, and delivery teams to ensure strong performance and leadership development.Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and delivery efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements defined by the client and internal standards.Support growth opportunities within the account by identifying new needs, improving delivery maturity, and strengthening customer trust. Should have experience managing a 25 Mn + portfolio.
