US Payroll Associate

Position SummaryThe Payroll Associate position is designed to support our growing client facing Service Operations Team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the ability to learn and grown in a fast paced client facing organization.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the countryAs a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheetsThe associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance as needed.Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issuesPartner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.Required to meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client.Responsible for all aspects of the client’s health, maintenance and retention.Works closely with the client and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe payroll associate should exhibit the following skills and abilitiesThe ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detailOrganizational SkillsSkills with MS office, including Excel and OutlookEducation & Experience• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-5 years of experience
