Job Title: Senior Manager – Recruitment Location: Thiruvananthapuram Experience: 15+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary based on industry standards About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager – Recruitment who will operate at a strategic leadership level, driving talent acquisition initiatives with the scope and influence of an Assistant Director / Vice President. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on the Thiruvananthapuram and Kerala talent market, including skill availability, competition, and compensation trends. Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring plans with business growth and workforce planning. Partner with C-suite leaders and business heads to translate business objectives into scalable hiring strategies. Lead large-scale and complex hiring initiatives across levels, ensuring high-quality delivery, speed, and governance. Build and drive proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles using innovative sourcing strategies. Bring strong understanding of the Trivandrum IT ecosystem to enhance hiring effectiveness. Drive innovation in recruitment, including new sourcing channels, digital tools, and assessment methodologies. Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and improve decision-making. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a consultative and performance-driven culture. Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies. Influence and enhance employer branding to position the organization as a preferred employer in the region. Engage with clients (where applicable) to support workforce planning, hiring commitments, and delivery confidence. Act as a trusted escalation point for critical hiring challenges and drive resolution with a business-first approach. Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leadership Proven experience operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and business leaders Strong knowledge of the Thiruvananthapuram hiring market Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex hiring environments Experience in IT services, GCC, or consulting organizations preferred Share CV to
