Responsible for the entire visa processing for Canada, Australia, the UK, and the Schengen countries• Screening and verifying the documents of the clients based on thecategory of Visa.• knowing resume writing and resume marketing.• Interacting with clients to solve their queries related to the process.• Taking follow-up from the clients by calling them and responding with emails.• Updating the clients regarding any changes in the Visa process.• To achieve the set benchmark of client satisfaction backed by zero refundsand escalations.• Interview all clients and handle applications face-to-face and by post todetermine client eligibility.• Supervise the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documentsand ensure that they are received within the time limit set by thegovernment.• Review and ensure that all of the information provided by clients isaccurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.• Processing Applications and fulfilling requirements on behalf of clients
