Senior Automation Engineer

Note : We are looking we are looking for Automation Engineers with 8+ years of experience, along with good expertise in Zephyr and TestComplete , who are open to work from our Trivandrum office. About: You will be the automation expert, responsible for designing a scalable TestComplete framework and ensuring full integration of execution with Jenkins and Zephyr . Additionally responsible for seamless traceability of defects by integrating Zephyr with ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Design and development a robust, scalable, and maintainable Test Automation Framework using TestComplete across various application types like Web, Desktop Design and implement a scalable automation pipeline by integrating TestComplete within Jenkins and Zephyr . Define standards for reporting and ensure seamless and accurate synchronization of detailed TestComplete results back into Zephyr test cycles. Build REST APIs or middleware tools to ensure traceability from test execution status in Zephyr to incident records in ServiceNow Design and implement bidirectional synchronization for defect/issue tracking between Zephyr and the appropriate ServiceNow modules. Provide strategic input on quality metrics and automation ROI using data extracted from all integrated tools. Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive experience in QA Automation, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to TestComplete framework design and implementation. Expertise in TestComplete, advanced scripting, and custom library development. In-depth experience architecting and implementing CI/CD integration using TestComplete and Jenkins. In-depth experience with Zephyr for test management and result reporting. Proven experience with strong understanding of integrating Zephyr with ServiceNow for defect/issue synchronization, ideally using REST APIs, Integration Hub, or dedicated synchronization tools. Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) Exceptional technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior experience automating or domain knowledge on Personal property insurance is added advantage.
