E-commerce Executive

Hyve Sports Pvt Ltd is a sports apparel customisation manufacturing company located at Kinfra Apparel Park,Trivandrum, Kerala.We are looking for E-commerce Executives who can join our team immediately. The candidate is required towork from office.Responsibilities:Manage product listings and day-to-day operations onShopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) , including product updates, pricing, and inventory. Ensure product pages containaccurate descriptions, images, specifications, and details . Update website content such ashomepage banners, collections, and promotional sections . Monitor website performance and ensuresmooth browsing and checkout experience . Track store performance includingtraffic, sales, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV) . Create and managediscount campaigns, coupon codes, and promotional offers . Coordinate with marketing teams forcampaign launches and product promotions . Manage order operations includingorders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges . Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensuretimely order processing and delivery . Monitorinventory levels and product availabilityto avoid stock-outs. Manageabandoned cart recovery campaignsthrough WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation tools. Follow up onpayment failure transactions and COD order confirmationswhen required. Work with customer support teams toresolve order-related issues and improve customer experience . Manage Shopifyapps and integrationssuch as payment gateways, shipping tools, and automation platforms. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on store performance and key e-commerce metrics.Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience working withShopify and other e-commerce platforms . Basic understanding ofonline order lifecycle and e-commerce operations . Goodcoordination and communication skills . Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks . Basic knowledge ofExcel / Google Sheets . Ability to work in afast-paced e-commerce environment . Strong written and verbal communication skills
