The ideal candidate should have Admin and Technical Skills experience with Data Centre, ATS switching, DG, and more.Job Description Facility ManagerLocation: NoidaDepartment: Administration / Facility ManagementRole OverviewThe Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical and non-technicaloperations, maintenance, and infrastructure management across the facility. The role ensuressmooth functioning of all engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety,and BMS, while maintaining safety, compliance, sustainability, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the daily technical operations of the facility, covering HVAC, electrical,plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.• Plan and implement preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance schedules toensure zero downtime.• Maintain and track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records for all critical assetsand equipment.• Ensure timely completion of all facility compliance activities, audits, and certifications,with proper record management.• Drive sustainability initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices to enhanceoperational performance.• Manage inventory of consumables, spare parts, and maintenance materials to ensureoptimal availability.• Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring effective costcontrol.• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance andproject-related work.• Ensure full adherence to statutory, environmental, and safety standards.• Lead and mentor the technical maintenance team, ensuring skill development andperformance excellence.• Maintain all maintenance records, equipment logs, and documentation aligned withcompliance and audit requirements.• Support facility audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness drills.• Work closely with administration and operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-dayfacility management.Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.• 8–12 years of experience in facility technical operations, preferably in IT corporate orcommercial real estate.• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.• Experience in vendor management, AMC handling, and preventive maintenanceplanning.• Good understanding of facility compliance, audits, sustainability practices, anddocumentation management.• Proficiency in inventory and budget management related to technical operations.• Familiarity with BMS, EMS, and energy management systems.• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Key Competencies• Proactive and hands-on approach.• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.• Detail-oriented with focus on safety, compliance, and sustainability.• Excellent planning and documentation upkeep skills.• Team leadership and mentoring ability.RegardsRicha Gupta9901595457
