Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities ● Work with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and turn them into elegant design solutions. ● Participate in the end-to-end design process: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design QA. ● Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces. ● Create and maintain design system components and documentation. ● Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing. ● Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members. ● Iterate based on data, feedback, and user insights. ● Promote good design practices. Requirements ● 2-3 years of experience in product/UX/UI design. ● Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, UI skills, and end-to-end product design process. ● Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD ● Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking ● Strong communication and collaboration skills ● Comfort with ambiguity and working on iterative product development ● Awareness of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles Good to have ● Experience working in Agile product teams ● Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS ● Previous experience in SaaS ,telephony, healthcare, or enterprise platforms ● Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Posthog, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design decisionsNote:As part of our interview process, we conduct an initial shortlisting to identify candidates who closely match our requirements.
