Key Responsibilities- Customer Outreach: - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services. - Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. - Sales Generation: - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Lead Management: - Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information. - Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. - Customer Relationship Management: - Handle customer queries and concerns professionally. - Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. - Sales Reporting: - Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review. - Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.Required Skills & Experience- Min 1 years of work experience preferably in telesales - Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints - Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.-
