Job Description:

Key Responsibilities- Customer Outreach:- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.- Sales Generation:- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Lead Management:- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.- Customer Relationship Management:- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.- Sales Reporting:- Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.- Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.Required Skills & Experience- Min 1 years of work experience preferably in telesales- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.- Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints- Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.-
