Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services. Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Sales Generation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries and concerns professionally. Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. Sales Reporting: Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review. Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends. Required Skills & Experience Min 1 years of work experience preferably in telesales Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.
