Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable computer products and accessories. Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product launches. Handle customer queries and assist in resolving product-related issues. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Requirements: Education: Any degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or electronics. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passion for technology and willingness to learn about new computer products. Ability to work independently and in a team.
