Production Manager — Aerospace & UAV Systems | Yali Aerospace Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu Full-time | On-site ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred Yali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams Support prototype builds, testing, and transition to production Requirements Experience in production/manufacturing operations Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflows Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operations Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferred Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planning Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Yali Aerospace ?
