Neurologist/Neurosurgeon

Company Description We are a 50 bedded tertiary care Neurology Hospital in Thanjavur , Tamil Nadu . We have Neurology, Neurosurgery , Interventional Neuroradiology services . We have CT/MRI/Neuro Cath Lab , and the main focus is on stroke . We are in the process of starting Neurointerventional Fellowship also . Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Neurologist at Dr.Vanchilingam Hospital located in Thanjavur. The Neurologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with a range of neurological disorders, including stroke , movement disorders and epilepsy, and Demyelinating Neurological disorders . The role also involves interpreting EEGs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and staying up-to-date on the latest research in the field of neurology. Qualifications Expertise in the field of Medicine and Neurology Experience in diagnosing and treating patients with stroke movement disorders and epilepsyand a range of other neurological illness . Proven ability to interpret EEGs,to do EMG/NCS , LP . Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for a Neurologist role at Dr.Vanchilingam Hospital include: Board certification in neurology or a related field Experience working in a stroke ICU or ICU clinical setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest research and treatment options in the field of neurology
