Restaurant Captain

We are searching for a talented and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic team at Ghani Biriyani Restaurant, a thriving multi-cuisine restaurant located in Thanjavur. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for: Guide Your Team to Service Excellence Oversee service & ensure exceptional guest experiences. Lead waitstaff, champion quality, & solve problems. Be a menu expert & create a seamless operation. Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a server or captain in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A strong understanding of exceptional hospitality and service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and staff. The ability to lead and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in a point-of-sale system.
