They will work with farmer community to help them improve their yields and profits. They will also help provide technical / agri-product assistance and training to farmers. Experience in fertilizer and pesticides is must​ Conduct field visits to farms to assess the needs of farmers and to provide technical /product assistance. Train farmers on new agricultural technologies and practices. Monitor the progress of agricultural projects and provide feedback to farmers.
