HR Operations Executive - (Recruitment & Operations)About the role At Yali Aerospace, we’re building drone systems meant for real operations, not just demos. To keep up with that pace, we need an HR Operations Executive who canhandle hiringand keepHR operations running cleanlyevery day. This role is for someone who likes being in the middle of things—speaking to candidates, closing positions, supporting employees, and making sure documentation and processes are always in place.What you will do Handle hiring end to end: understand requirements from teams, create and update job descriptions, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, release offers, and close joinings. Keep the hiring pipeline active through job portals, referrals, vendors, and direct sourcing, and maintain trackers so follow ups and updates are always on time. Manage onboarding and joining formalities: document collection, offer and appointment letters, induction coordination, and ensuring new employees are set up properly from day one. Maintain employee records and HR documentation: personal files, contracts, policy acknowledgements, HR letters, and routine compliance documents. Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts or the payroll team to avoid last minute issues. Support the full employee lifecycle: confirmations, role changes, basic employee queries, and coordination with managers on HR processes. Manage exits smoothly: resignation documentation, handover and clearance coordination, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination. Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling concerns professionally and keeping sensitive matters confidential. Improve day to day HR systems by building simple SOPs, cleaner templates, better trackers, and smoother communication. Support basic employee engagement and internal communication so the workplace stays organised, respectful, and aligned.What we are looking for Around3 years of experiencehandling recruitment and HR operations. Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Strong knowledge of HR documentation and process discipline (offers, contracts, onboarding and exit paperwork, employee records). Clear communication skills and a practical working style with teams across functions.
