The Implementation Specialist will oversee the successful deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements. Daily tasks include installing and configuring software, providing training to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless implementation process. The role also involves maintaining close communication with clients, addressing their needs effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Implementation and understanding of deployment processes Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and needs Commitment to Customer Satisfaction to ensure a high-quality client experience Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients Experience in working with small businesses or startups is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
