Accountant | EXP : 02-04 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Book keeping system like Zoho book or  Fresh book or Tally etc. -Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. -Manage accounts payable and receivable; track payments and ensure timely collections. -Handle statutory compliance including GST returns, TDS filing, PF/ESI, PT, and ROC coordination. -Bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ledger scrutiny. -Liaise with auditors, CA firms, and government authorities for audits and filings. -Process payroll and maintain salary records with applicable deductions. -Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis. -Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records. -Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.  Required Skills:-Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. -Knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act, and other Indian financial regulations. -Strong analytical and organizational skills. -Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. -Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).  Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in working with Private Limited Companies. -Familiarity with ROC filing and MCA compliance. -Exposure to audits and internal controls. NOTE: Residents only from Tamilnadu.Only shortlisted applicant will be contacted.
