Delivery & Quality ExcellenceLead publications teams to deliver high-quality scientific documents Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance Conduct robust review and quality checks across deliverables 2. Team & People LeadershipManage Team Leads and large teams to drive productivity and efficiency Coach, mentor, and build capability across functional and leadership levels Drive hiring, retention, and succession planning 3. Operations & Process ExcellenceMonitor project metrics, utilization, and delivery performance Identify gaps and implement CAPA, process improvements, and training interventions Drive automation and efficiency initiatives 4. Client & Stakeholder ManagementEngage with clients to understand processes, governance, and expectations Partner with Account/Alliance teams to strengthen relationships Ensure effective communication and escalation management 5. Business Growth & Account ManagementOwn revenue, billing, forecasting, and budget for assigned accounts Drive account growth through farming and cross-selling Support business development through client mapping and opportunity identification Key Requirements15+ years of strong experience in scientific publications/medical writing leadership Proven track record in team management, client engagement, and delivery excellence Experience in account management and business development Strong understanding of process improvement, quality frameworks, and compliance
