With a strong focus on public sector and enterprise clients, we are committed to delivering high-quality, scalable, and technology-driven solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking Solution-Based Proposal Writers with hands-on experience in crafting technically sound, architecture-driven, and implementation-focused proposals for web and mobile application projects.This role is critical to supporting our growing volume of RFPs that require deep technical articulation rather than generic or marketing-driven content. The ideal candidate will independently transform technical inputs into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality, solution-oriented proposal content for web and mobile application RFPs (government and enterprise).Write and own key proposal sections, including:Technical Approach & Solution ArchitectureScope of Work & DeliverablesProject Management & Staffing PlanRisk Management & Quality AssuranceTranslate complex technical inputs into structured, client-friendly narratives.Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to gather and refine technical inputs.Ensure responses are compliant, persuasive, and aligned with RFP requirements.Customize proposals based on client needs, avoiding over-reliance on templates.Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications1+ years of experience in writing solution-based proposals for web and/or mobile application development projects.Strong understanding of:Web architectures (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud platforms)Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), DevOps practices, and QA/testing approachesDemonstrated ability to write technical proposal sections independently.Experience responding to government and/or enterprise RFPs is highly preferred.Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and structure.Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and extract meaningful inputs.Preferred QualificationsExperience in IT services, digital transformation, or custom application development domainsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with compliance-driven RFP environmentsInterested candidates share their updated resume to
