The ideal candidate willindependently transform technical inputs into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality, solution-oriented proposal content for web and mobile application RFPs (government and enterprise).Write and own key proposal sections, including:Technical Approach & SolutionArchitecture Scope of Work & DeliverablesProject Management & Staffing Plan Risk Management & Quality AssuranceTranslate complex technical inputs into structured, client-friendly narratives.Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to gather and refine technical inputs. Ensure responses are compliant, persuasive, and alignedwith RFP requirements.Customize proposals based on client needs, avoiding over-reliance on templates. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.Required Skills & Qualiflcations1+years of experience in writing solution-based proposals for web and/or mobileapplication development projects.Strong understanding of:Webarchitectures (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud platforms)Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), DevOps practices, and QA/testing approaches Demonstrated ability to write technical proposal sections independently.Experience responding to government and/or enterprise RFPs is highly preferred.
