We're Hiring for Content Editor with Infojini Inc.Job Title: Proposal Writer/Content Writer (Entry Level)Location: Thane - Cab facility AvailableShift Timing: 07.00PM IST to 04.30AM IST (Night Shift)Working Days: 5 Days - OnsiteOverview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer who has basic experience in content writing—either through an internship or at least 6 months of work experience. This role involves helping our team prepare proposal documents for government projects (State, Local, Education, and some international clients). Training will be provided, but the candidate should be comfortable reading documents carefully, organizing information, and writing clearly.Key Responsibilities:- Read and understand project requirements (RFPs/RFQs) shared by government agencies. - Help create proposal outlines, checklists, and schedules. - Work with senior team members to collect information needed for the proposal. - Write and edit simple proposal sections such as company overview, process descriptions, and basic technical content. - Format documents and make sure they follow the submission rules. - Support the team during reviews and make changes based on feedback. - Maintain and update content in the proposal library. - Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any field (English, Communications, IT, Business preferred). - Internship or at least 6 months of basic content writing or documentation experience. - Ability to understand written instructions and summarize information clearly. - Good writing, editing, and formatting skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools.Good to Have (Optional):- Basic knowledge of government tender or procurement documents. - Experience using online portals like BidNet, Ariba, Bonfire, etc. - Interest in IT, education, healthcare, or public sector projects.Work Environment:- On-site role as per business requirement. - Fast-paced work with tight deadlines. - Flexibility to work longer hours during proposal submissions.
