Position:Junior Technical Writer Location:Thane (Onsite) Shift Timing:7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST Experience:6 Months – 1 YearAbout the Role We are looking for aJunior Technical Writerto join our dynamic documentation team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, and knowledge base content for internal and external audiences.Key Responsibilities Create and edit technical documentation, including user guides, process documents, and release notes. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all materials. Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity. Adhere to documentation standards and templates.Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information. Basic understanding of software development or IT concepts. Familiarity with documentation tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or Markdown editors. Willingness to work in a night shift.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience or internship in technical writing is an added advantage
