The perfect person will have a great understanding of how to build and run events from start to finish. They should have a solid history of successfully managing different types of events, like weddings, corporate, brand events, etc. This job is for someone who pays close attention to detail, knows a lot about different materials and technical needs, and is great at managing things on-site.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Running Events: •⁠ ⁠Manage all parts of event production to make sure everything is planned and done on time and within the budget. •⁠ ⁠Handle all the technical and planning parts, including the stage, sound, lighting, and A/V.Design & Building Expertise: •⁠ ⁠Work with designers and clients to turn creative ideas into real plans we can build. •⁠ ⁠Know a lot about different materials used in event building (like wood, metal, and fabric) and understand how they work.Working with Vendors: •⁠ ⁠Find and work with a network of reliable vendors and suppliers for everything we need to produce an event. •⁠ ⁠Make deals and manage contracts with vendors to make sure they meet our quality standards.On-Site Management: •⁠ ⁠Lead the production team on-site during setup, the event itself, and tear-down. •⁠ ⁠Make sure everyone follows safety rules and be the main contact person for production questions.Measurements & Logistics: •⁠ ⁠Visit event sites to take exact measurements and check the venue's details. •⁠ ⁠Create and manage detailed production schedules, including times for setting up and taking down the event.Budgeting: •⁠ ⁠Create and manage production budgets to keep costs low without losing quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: •⁠ ⁠At least 2 years of hands-on experience in event production. •⁠ ⁠A proven record of managing and running different kinds of events, especially weddings and large-scale productions. •⁠ ⁠Great practical knowledge of event materials, technical gear, and building techniques. •⁠ ⁠Very organized and able to handle many projects at the same time. •⁠ ⁠Excellent at solving problems and thinking fast under pressure. •⁠ ⁠Great at talking to people and leading a team.
