Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, preferably within the Banking/FinTech domain. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively. Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards (especially in banking projects). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus). 7–10 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments. Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Preferred Experience Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
