Key Accountability AreaResponsible for Bhiwandi cluster sites for ensuring the Safety related activities.Ensure Daily TBTConducting trainings as per central guideline & customer requirementsPeriodic safety inspectionsConducting periodic mock drillsConducting national & central safety campaignBasic knowledge on HAZMAT storage & handlingLeading customer safety meetings & auditsYearly Safety audits Ensure implementation of central guidelines Monitoring Legal requirements & escalate to the stakeholdersBasic knowledge on ISO 45001 & 14001.MIS submission – Weekly & Monthly.Excellent communication skill (Marathi, Hindi & English)MS Office & Power Point.Technical / Functional CompetenciesSafety management systems & risk assessment Regulatory & statutory compliance knowledge ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 awareness HAZMAT storage & handling knowledge Safety audits & inspections Training delivery (TBT, mock drills, safety programs) Incident reporting & investigation Customer audits & stakeholder coordination MIS reporting & data analysis Warehouse & operational safety practices (MHE, fire safety) Emergency response & preparedness MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) proficiencyQualification -B Sc. / Diploma / B Tech. + Advance Diploma in Industrial SafetyWork Experience - 2-3 Years of Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
