We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for confident, target-driven individuals ready to build a career in international sales.Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will manage outbound sales activities for US clients, including cold calling, mass emailing, lead generation, and relationship management.This role involves working across multiple sales verticals within the company. Candidates will be evaluated and tested across different verticals and assigned based on where they perform best and can deliver the strongest results.Candidates should be open to learning different sales approaches and proactively identifying which vertical brings out their best performance.Additionally, this role requires candidates with an engineering background (Civil or Mechanical preferred) who can understand construction drawings and project requirements to effectively communicate with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 100+ outbound calls dailyConduct cold calls to introduce company servicesExecute email campaigns for lead generationQualify leads and schedule meetingsMaintain CRM records and structured follow-upsManage recurring clients and ensure retentionAchieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targetsWork across multiple sales verticals and adapt based on performanceUnderstand project drawings and basic construction concepts to communicate effectively with clientsRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)Ability to read and understand construction/shop drawingsBasic understanding of construction processes and project flowStrong American accent / Neutral accent (mandatory – US clients)Clear, professional speaking voice and confidence in handling high-volume callsComfortable with extensive outbound callingStrong persuasion and rapport-building skillsSelf-motivated and target-drivenGood working knowledge of MS Excel (data tracking, reporting, organization)Basic email usage and strong professional email writing skillsBasic knowledge of CRM & MS OfficePreferred QualificationPrior exposure to construction, engineering, or technical sales is a plusCareer GrowthCareer progression depends on the individual’s performance, skill development, and adaptability across different sales verticals.
