We are seeking a tenacious, highly connected, and detail-oriented professional to drive both our Institutional Sales engine and Partner channels.In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of channel partners (Real Estate Consultants and Financial Advisors) from start to finish, while simultaneously building a highly qualified institutional pipeline of Family Offices and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) for the Vice President to close. This is a high-volume, high-impact /"hunting/" and relationship-management role requiring grit, technical fluency, and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition & Pipeline Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (IFAs, Wealth Managers, RE Brokers). Own the relationship end-to-end, ensuring your partners are active, trained, and consistently submitting deals.Institutional Outreach & Appointment Setting: Execute high-volume, strategic outreach (cold calling and email campaigns) to navigate gatekeepers and reach institutional decision-makers. A core metric of your success will be the number of qualified meetings you set up for the VP of Institutional Relations.Sales Enablement & Closing Support: Continually educate your channel partners on Raveum’s U.S. Real Estate offerings so they can pitch effectively. Assist partners in closing their end-clients by handling technical queries regarding U.S. taxation and returns.Market Intelligence & Preparation: Conduct rigorous research to build and maintain clean, high-quality databases of potential Family Office and Institutional leads. Prepare detailed briefing notes and background research on investors before VP meetings.RequirementsNetwork (Must-Have): Must possess an active, portable book of relationships in the Indian Family Office/UHNWI space.Technical Authority (Must-Have): You must speak the language of IRR, Equity Multiples, Cap Rates, and Risk-Adjusted Returns fluently.Resilience & Drive: Strong work ethic and thick skin; highly comfortable with rejection, cold outreach, and high-volume prospecting.Autonomy: A self-starter attitude with the proven ability to manage your own day, pipeline, and targets without micromanagement.Operational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail, specifically in data entry, database scrubbing, and CRM management.Communication: Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Experience: Prior experience in channel sales, agency management, or institutional fundraising is a strong plus.
