The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and assisting with client outreach. You will manage email campaigns, make cold calls, and help prepare sales reports. This position offers hands-on experience in business development and customer engagement. Ideal for 2025 passouts or final-year students with strong communication skills.Role & ResponsibilitiesConducting market researchIdentifying business opportunitiesManaging email campaignsGenerating sales leadsMaking cold callsParticipating in meetingsAssisting the sales department, wherever possibleMaintaining and updating the CRM systemPreparing sales reports and presentationsFollowing up with clients for feedback and relationship buildingCoordinating with internal teams to meet client requirementsKnowledge & Skills Required:Graduate degree or pursuing graduation (final year)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsBasic understanding of sales and marketing principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Positive attitude and willingness to learn
