Assistant Manager – Sales (Consumer Promotions & Loyalty Solutions)Drive new business development by identifying and securing B2B opportunities in promotions and loyalty solutions.Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.Build, nurture, and expand client relationships while ensuring revenue growth and profitability.Understand client objectives and propose tailored engagement and rewards-based solutions.Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to create effective sales strategies.Increase revenue through client acquisition, as well as cross-selling and upselling activities.Work closely with internal teams to prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, and outreach efforts.Handle complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.Maintain accurate sales data, update CRM systems regularly, and monitor lead progress.Prepare periodic reports on pipeline status, conversions, and customer feedback.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.Be open to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative or B2B sales roles.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.Exposure to FMCG/FMCD, loyalty programs, or customer engagement solutions is preferred.
