This is non negotiable and candidates will only be proceeded further if they have this direct experience. The Pay is 50K-60K INR month, depending on experience, please do not apply for the role if your intention is to negotiate beyond or below these fees. This is strictly our budget.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager/Account Manager. The role involves managing social media accounts for multiple clients, developing and implementing effective content strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The individual will also monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with clients and team members to meet marketing goals. The timings are 2PM-11PM IST Monday - Friday, Remote.QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing, and managing social media platformsMarketing agency experience of a minimum of 2years (Strict)minimum 2 years experience managing multiple clients and handle multiple accounts Strong Communication skills and written skills in English to effectively engage with clients and audiences. A person with good manners is non negotiable. Capability in crafting and executing Content Strategies aligned with marketing objectivesExperience with Digital Marketing techniques and leveraging online platforms for brand growthStrong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsAbility to work independently in a remote, collaborative environmentKnowledge of social media tools, platforms, and analyticsCreativity and research in social mediaStrong operations and organisation skills
