Job Title: Sales Manager – Real EstateLocation: Kolshet, ThaneEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Description● Conduct daily communication on cold calls to identify potential buyers and investors.● Maintain a strong pipeline by following up on inquiries, leads, and past prospects.● Present project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients over phone calls.● Use CRM tools to track all call activities and lead progress.Client Engagement & Site Visits● Schedule and conduct site visits for interested clients.● Provide detailed walkthroughs of properties, highlighting key features and investment benefits.● Build strong relationships with clients to increase trust and conversion rates.● Address client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.Sales & Target Achievement● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.● Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property information. Team Coordination & Reporting● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.● Collaborate with the sales team to strategize lead generation and conversions.● Contribute to developing sales scripts, promotional content, and sales events.Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).● 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, cold calling, or field sales.● Strong communication and negotiation skills.● Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism.● Browny points if you have a two-wheeler(To reach Site Fast)..● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus point.● Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable.
