We handle back-office operations, sales, and client support for federally regulated debt relief programs. Our work directly impacts Canadians facing financial distress, helping them legally reduce their debt through government-approved solutions.We are looking for Inside Sales Executives to join our India team. You will work exclusively with Canadian clients/leads, guiding them through their first conversation about financial relief options. This is not cold calling, all leads are inbound through digital marketing, referrals, and partner channels.Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to clients who submit an inquiry on our website. - Explain federally regulated financial relief programs in a clear and compliant manner. - Build trust through clear, transparent communication. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth application processing. - Contribute to sales strategies and team growth initiatives.Requirements- Proven sales or collections experience preferred (BPO, financial services, or international voice process). - Strong spoken English with a neutral accent. - Active listening and the ability to handle objections. - Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage emotions. - Excellent phone presence and presentation skills. - Comfort with CRM systems and multi-tasking. - Minimum graduate degree required. - Willingness to work permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).What We Offer- Base salary plus an attractive performance-linked commission structure.
